On July 13, the Datong bus BESS Charging and Testing Station Project, built by Shanxi Urban Power New Energy Co., Ltd., was
completed and will be put into use.
The Datong No. 1 bus Company project is the first comprehensive demonstration project integrating storage, charging, and testing in Shanxi Province. The integrated storage, setting, and inspection solution will solve the problem of distribution networks in limited land resources and achieve the essential balance between local energy production and energy load through energy storage and optimal allocation. According to the need, it can interact flexibly with the public power grid and operate relatively independently, using new energy as much as possible, alleviating the impact of charging piles on the power grid. In terms of energy consumption, the energy storage battery is directly used to assess the power battery, which improves the energy conversion efficiency, and the vehicle battery is monitored in real-time to ensure the safety of the battery.
Promoting new energy electric vehicles is essential to winning transportation's blue sky defense war. The construction of electric vehicle charging stations is in line with the rapid development of new energy vehicles to serve "green travel" and optimize energy use structure. Outstanding contributions have been made to alleviate environmental pressure, adapt to national development, and give full play to the development of optimal allocation of power grid resources.
